Women in Tech Community in the Netherlands

The Netherlands is one of the most important high-tech hubs in Europe. It is a major center for semiconductor technologies, deep tech and digital innovations. The Dutch market therefore offers opportunities for international collaboration for technology-oriented female entrepreneurs from NRW.

From October 1 to 2, 2026, the "Women in Tech" company trip, organized by NRW.Global Business, will bring female entrepreneurs, founders, professionals and executives from NRW to Eindhoven. 

On the first day, the delegation will visit the High Tech Campus Eindhoven. The campus is home to more than 300 companies, research institutions and startups that work on future technologies, forming a closely networked environment for collaboration and knowledge transfer. The program includes a campus tour and discussions to provide insights into the local technology and innovation ecosystem, as well as networking opportunities.

Another key focus is the Fe+male Tech Heroes network. Participants from NRW will discuss innovation culture, entrepreneurship, leadership and diversity as a competitive advantage in the tech industry with female entrepreneurs, investors and technology experts.
